PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance diagnosis system of an equipment facility capable of acquiring accurate data without depending on a technology of a maintenance staff. SOLUTION: This maintenance diagnosis system of facility equipment has a portable terminal 1 into which measurement data are inputted, and a center device 2 for delivering a maintenance instruction based on a diagnosis result of the measurement data to the portable terminal 1. The system is provided with a judge gage wherein a plurality of layers have discriminable display parts, for discriminating which layer in the plurality of layers the measurement data related to a maintenance portion belong to. The system has a constitution wherein the portable terminal 1 can input information of the discriminated layer related to the maintenance portion, and the center device 2 converts the layer information into a measuring dimension of the maintenance portion, and performs diagnosis of each maintenance portion relative to a deterioration lifetime by a secular dimension change of the maintenance portion and a maintenance instruction based on the result.
