PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath pipe cutter, easily cutting a sheath pipe even in a narrow place. SOLUTION: This sheath pipe cutter is adapted to cutting a sheath pipe having the corrugated axial section of the pipe wall, and the cutter is formed of a doughnut-like disk having a cutout part 3 for introducing the sheath pipe 10 in the central hole 2.
