PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that mostly a rack for placing small goods is not installed in a toilet or the other individual rooms, and in a public toilet, a rack is not intentionally installed because the rack causes increase of the number of things left behind. SOLUTION: This rack required to be collapsed in order to open the door for leaving the toilet or the other individual rooms is installed therein, whereby a place for placing small goods is secured and the number of things left behind can be reduced.
