NETWORK DEVICE USING INTERNET PROTOCOL SECURITY PROVIDING HIGH SAFETY AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network device and its method which use IPSec for providing high safety.

SOLUTION: The device includes a VLAN, an MAC filter, an IP restriction, and a static DHCP. The device practices, in first, communication with a general network by the VPLAN before encrypting a message transmitted using the IPSec and thereby heightens the safety at the time of using the IPSec. Thus, the device is applicable to household and general virtual private networks.
