PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure capable of finding a relative displacement amount between a stationary side bearing ring and a rotation side bearing ring, without using a CPU having a counter timer, and of reducing a cost. SOLUTION: A computer calculates the relative displacement amount, based on composition signalsα<SB>1</SB>,α<SB>2</SB>for changing a duty ratio in response to a phase difference between output signals from a pair of sensors, which is changed in response to the relative displacement amount, or based on the duty ratio of the output signals from the one sensor. In particular, the computer calculates the relative displacement amount, based on effective valuesβ<SB>1</SB>,β<SB>2</SB>of the signals changed in response to the composition signals or the duty ratio of the output signals.
