<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing an enzyme by a microcapsule and stably immobilizing a protein useful in a protein chip and a biosensor. <P>SOLUTION: A microcapsule obtained by binding a virus capsid protein with an objective protein contributes to stabilization of the objective protein. Consequently, the objective protein on a protein chip and a biosensor chip is stably retained. An enzyme reaction by a reaction between an enzyme in the microcapsule and a low molecular compound is carried out, on the other hand, an embedded enzyme is exposed to the outside to perform an enzyme catalytic reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
