PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a sealing oil feeding device in which sealing oil to be fed is fed at a proper temperature by proper pressure, a defective place of the sealing oil feeding device is automatically eliminated when the defective place of the sealing oil feeding device is generated, and can continuously feed the sealing oil. SOLUTION: The sealing oil feeding device is constituted such that: parts, wherein there likely occur a defect of a vacuum oil tank oil face adjustment valve of a vacuum deaeration means that applies deaeration treatment to the sealing oil, a defect of a sealing oil pump, a defect of a differential pressure adjustment valve that adjusts sealing oil feeding pressure, and a defect of a hydrogen gas separation tank oil face adjustment valve, are formed into double structures, respectively, as constitutions of motor-driven types or electromagnetic valve types that are electrically operated; there are detected an oil face position in operation, the discharging pressure of the sealing oil pump, and the temperature, pressure or the like of the sealing oil to be fed; diagnoses are given to these items by an operation control part that operates the device, and from detected values detected by detection means; and these items are controlled by a control device that comprises a defective place automatic diagnosis part that automatically specifies the defective place, and an operation switching part that eliminates the specified defective place and automatically switches it to a standby preliminary side.
