<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high output power amplifier module that decreases the phase difference of a high frequency signal in a wiring pattern, adopts line symmetry for current distribution so as to reduce a power loss, and the designing of which can be facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: The high output power amplifier module includes: a semiconductor module 1 wherein at least one power amplifier semiconductor element is incorporated; input side transmission lines 14, 15 connected to the semiconductor module; output side transmission lines 16, 17 connected to the semiconductor module; and impedance matching circuit elements 10, 11, 32 to 35 connected to the input side transmission lines and the output side transmission lines respectively. At least one impedance matching circuit element is mounted to each of both side ends in the travelling direction of a signal as to at least one of metallic wiring patterns for configuring the input side transmission lines and the output side transmission lines. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
