PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound isolation door capable of efficiently isolating sound at the upper end and lower end of meeting stile parts of doors and reliably isolating sound at both end parts of lower air-tight devices used for lower parts of the doors. SOLUTION: The sound isolation door is provided with a pair of meeting stile attachments 30 integrally constituted of both shielding parts 31 extended in the direction of door end parts along meeting stile air-tight members 41 to be engaged with end parts of the meeting stile air-tight members 41 and fixation supporting parts 32 for fixing the shielding part 31 to stile parts. The shielding part 31 of the upper meeting stile attachment provided for the upper end of the meeting stile air-tight member 41 is extended to a part at which the doors are in contact with a sealing member of a frame to shield the part, and the shielding part 61 of the lower meeting stile attachment 60 provided for the lower end of the stile air-tight member 41 is extended to the location of the lower end of the lower air-tight device to shield this part.
