SOLENOID SHUT OFF VALVE FOR FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve response at a time of displacing a valve element along an axial direction.

SOLUTION: A solenoid shut off valve 10 for a fuel cell is provided with a movable member 20 capable of displacing along axial direction under excitation action of a solenoid part 28 in a guide body 22, a pilot valve part 132 is separated from a pilot valve seat part 128 under displacement action of the movable member 20, and fluid in a communication chamber 36 flows to a lead-out port 14 through a pilot passage 138. A main valve part 134 of a valve element 34 is separated from a valve seat part 32 of a valve body 16 to be in a valve open condition by pressure difference between a first communication chamber 36a and a second communication chamber 36b divided by a diaphragm 60.
