A method for the preparation of beer-medovukha. The method includes preparation of hopped wort with use of natural honey, incorporation of yeast therein, fermentation at condition of gradual lowering the temperature with obtaining the finished product. The hopped wort is prepared by boiling thereof with the hop, then the wort is cooled to the temperature of fermentation, and thereafter the honey is incorporated.
