<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "device and method for audio output" that output a voice of a mobile telephone set to a driver in an easy-to-hear state and also output audio of a plurality of channels reproduced by an audio reproducing device to other persons in an excellent state to provide the both. <P>SOLUTION: When the mobile telephone set is in a telephone call state; an audio signal input from an interface for the mobile telephone to one of a plurality of speakers is output, and audio signals of the plurality of channels input from an interface for the audio reproducing device are mixed down and output to the remaining speakers to output only the voice of the mobile telephone form one speaker in an easy-to-hear state and also outputs the audio by the audio reproducing device by the remaining speakers.
