<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for improving the resistance to external noise exerting influence on internal power source wiring. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1, having power source wiring 4a-4m for supplying power from a power source 8 to internal functional units 31-36 in the semiconductor device 1 and operating at any predetermined frequency among a plurality thereof, comprises switches SW1-SW12, a storage unit 31, and a control unit 34. The switches SW1-SW12 are provided in the power source wiring 4a-4m, and switch ON/OFF the supply of power from the power source 8 to the functional units 31-36. The storage unit 31 stores each of a plurality of predetermined operating frequencies and switching information designating an ON state or an OFF state for the switches SW1-SW12 in correspondence to each other. The control unit 34 reads, from the storage 31, switching information corresponding to a current operating frequency, and controls the ON/OFF switching of the switches SW1-SW12 in accordance with the read switching information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
