PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime preventing reinforcing fixture for preventing unexpectedly easy removal of a storm sash made of aluminum or the like which is unexpectedly defenseless when it is pushed from the interior side toward the exterior side, or even from the exterior side provided it is tampered to apply a force to the exterior side. SOLUTION: The reinforcing fixture having claws is mounted on an outer frame of the storm sash made of aluminum or the like. The storm sashes are fixed to each other firmly by a screw.
