PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition useful for forming a cured film excellent in scratch resistance and appearance. SOLUTION: The photocurable resin composition comprises 100 pts. polymerizable compound (A) having≥2 (meth)acryloyloxy groups, 0.1-10 pts. compound (B) expressed by formula (1) or (2) and 0.1-10 pts. compound (C) expressed by formula (3) or (4) [wherein R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>9</SP>, R<SP>11</SP>to R<SP>13</SP>and R<SP>16</SP>express each H, a 1-8C alkyl, aryl or a 1-8C alkoxy; R<SP>10</SP>expresses a 1-8C alkoxy; R<SP>14</SP>and R<SP>15</SP>express each a 1-8C alkyl, aryl or benzoyl].
