<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization by raising occupancy of a coil inside the spool of a transformer without increasing a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of brims 16 are formed in both ends of the spool 14 of a bobbin 12, and an insulating layer 32 formed by heating and hardening a layer insulating prepreg tape 22 is disposed in the outer circumference of the spool 14. A primary coil 26 is wound on the outer circumferential side of the insulating layer 32, and a secondary coil 28 is wound on an outer circumferential side of the primary coil 26. The insulating layer 32 formed by heating and hardening the layer insulating prepreg tape 22 is disposed each between the primary coil 26 and the secondary coil 28 and also in the outer circumferential side of the primary coil 28. The insulating layer 34 formed by heating and hardening an inner wall insulating prepreg tape 24 is disposed in opposing surfaces 16A in mutually facing sides of a pair of brim parts 16, thus realizing mutual connection between the insulating layer 32 and the insulating layer 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
