PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing nitrogen-containing CNF, which enables mass production.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a nitrogen-containing carbon nanofiber, which includes: a step (S10) of preparing a substrate consisting of iron or an iron alloy; a step (S20) of heating the substrate to a prescribed temperature; a step (S30) of generating the carbon nanofiber on the substrate by exposing the substrate to an atmospheric gas containing carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ammonia, and nitrogen that have been heated to a reaction temperature range of 840°C or more; and a step (S40) of cooling and recovering the generated carbon nanofiber. |
