PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CCD imaging device capable of inhibiting the generation of a color shading and an imaging apparatus using the CCD imaging device. SOLUTION: The array of light-receiving cells 401 and vertical transfer CCDs 402 has a symmetry using a straight line L passing at the center point P of a light-receiving region Ra and running parallel with the vertical direction as the element of an object. To be concrete, the light-receiving cells 401 and the vertical transfer CCDs 402 in regions R11 occupying the whole of the left side of the straight line L and the regions R12 occupying the whole of the right-side region are formed at places where the cells 401 and the CCDs 402 are converted mutually and unitedly regarding the straight line L. The horizontal places of the vertical transfer CCDs 402 to the row Mt of the light-receiving cells 401 outputting the signal charges of the object to be transferred are directed in the opposite direction in the regions R11 and the regions R12.
