PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly realize a fluid enclosed type vibration isolating device which is provided with a pneumatic type actuator for switching anti-vibration characteristic by opening or closing an orifice passage with outstanding durability. SOLUTION: The device is configured so as to incorporate the pneumatic type actuator 75 in a condition of accommodation into a partition member 42 and at the same time on-off control a second orifice passage 92 without an output member 53 of the pneumatic type actuator 75 intervening a flexible membrane 46.
