PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control supply voltage to a fixation heater with a current value equal to or below the maximum suppliable current value to the fixation heater. SOLUTION: Both of heat generating bodies 3 and 20 are energized by an engine controller 126 with the same prescribed fixed duty D1, and the on-pulse of an ON1 signal and an ON2 signal are sent out with a phase angleα1 equivalent to the fixed duty D1 by taking a ZEROX signal as a trigger, and a current value I1 is detected based on an HCRRT signal reported from a current detection circuit 27. A suppliable upper limit power duty Dlimit is calculated by the engine controller 126 based on the detected current I1, the fixed duty D1 and a previously set suppliable current value Ilimit.
