PURPOSE:To perform the good and sure soldering of an electric wire by evaporating the insulating film of the electric wire with the high strength laser light in short time by the simultaneous actuation control of a laser oscillator and loss modulator, thereafter performing the actuation control of the laser oscillator only. CONSTITUTION:A covered conductor is loacted at the position F of a laser light focus with the actuation of a work moving mechanism 25 by a laser output control part 26. On the other hand the actuation lamp 12 of the inside of the condensing reflection mirror 17 of a laser oscillator 12 is lit by a DC power source 11, the laser light is condensed inside the medium 13 located between resonance mirrors 14, 15, an ultrasonic wave is worked on the quartz 18 located between a vibrator 19 and absorbing body 20 by a modulator driver 21, the passing laser light is diverted and enclosed inside the oscillator 10 and the laser light is converged inside the medium 13. The coating material is evaporated by irradiating for short time a high strength laser light R to a focus F by a reflection mirror 22 and condensing lens 23, by stopping the vibrator 19, the work 24 is separated from the focus F and the electric wire is heated to the proper temp. and soldered. No impurities are mixed into the soldering part and the soldering can be performed well and surely in short time. |
