PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration in the electric characteristic by providing a conductor rod having a diameter shorter than the wavelength between a ground conductor and a radiation conductor to keep the interval between a dielectric flat plate and a ground conductor plate constant. CONSTITUTION:The titled antenna consists of a dielectric flat plate 4 having a thickness thinner than the wavelength of a microwave or a millimeter wave, a ground conductor 3 provided in parallel with the dielectric flat plate 4 with a distance smaller than the wavelength, plural radiators 1 provided onto the surface of the dielectric plate 4 opposed to the ground conductor plate 3 and a feeder 2 feeding the radiators 1. In inserting a conductor rod 5 having a diameter smaller than the wavelength between the ground conductor 3 and the radiation conductor 1, the interval between the ground conductor plate 3 and the dielectric flat plate 4 is kept constant. Then the deterioration in the electric characteristic is less and the ground conductor plate 3 and the conductor rod 5 are formed incorporatedly and integrally, then the manufacture is facilitated.
