PURPOSE:To make a smooth auto shift performable, by a shift-and-select lever shift and another shifting shaft independently in parallel, and making only optional speeds automatically shiftable. CONSTITUTION:A shift inner lever 12 is provided with arms 12a and 12b, and and shift and select lever shaft 11 and a shaft 13 in parallel with the former are set up there. 4-5 gear speed fork shaft 203 and a 2-3 gear speed fork shaft 202 are connected to the shift-and-select lever shaft 11, respectively. Therefore, only optional speeds be automatically made shiftable.
