MANUFACTURE OF RECONSOLIDATED WOOD PRODUCTS

Process and apparatus for forming a flexible open lattice work web of naturally interconnected wood strands which can then be compressed and bonded to form a reconsolidated wood product. Natural wood logs are repeatedly paired between pairs of rollers to crush the log and form the web. A knife is positioned to divide the crushed log to contain the side to side dimension of the finally produced web.
