PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of partial unevenness of a film by blowing the blowing gas blowing off from the slitlike blowing port of a blowing off mechanism against filmlike molten resin in a width direction at left and right fluctuation and ununiform condition. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic resin melted and kneaded in an extruding machine is extruded from the die lip 2a of a T die 2, and becomes filmlike molten resin 9, and then it is continuously taken up by take up rolls 10, 10. The side of one surface 9a of the molten resin 9 is sent into a main body 5 from the feeding pipes 11, 11 of a blowing mechanism 4 near a cooling roll 3. The gas which blows off in left and right width direction of the molten resin 9 from a slitlike blow off port 6, and at left and right fluctuation condition by the left and right reciprocating motion of the main body 5, and moreover at ununiform condition is blown against the molten resin 9. Next, the side of other surface 9b of said resin is cooled by the contact with the cooling roll 3, and the film 13, cooled and solidified through take up rolls 10, 10, is continuously wound by way of a wind up roll. |
