PURPOSE:To produce the title copolymer excellent in low-temperature resistance, oil resistance and heat resistance, by polymerizing an iodinated olefin in the presence of an iodinated bromine compound, and then copolymerizing two specific monomers therewith. CONSTITUTION:A fluorinated olefin (e.g., perfluoro-1,3-butadiene) is (co) polymerized in the presence of 0.001-5wt.% iodinated bromine compound of the formula [wherein R is a (chloro)fluorohydrocarbon group, a chlorohydrocarbon group or a hydrocarbon group; and n and m are each 1 or 2] at -30-150 deg.C to produce a fluorinated polymer. Then, the polymer, an alkyl (meth)acrylate having a 1-8C alkyl group and/or an alkoxyalkyl (meth)acrylate having a 2-8C alkoxy group, and at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of a vinyl monomer and a diene monomer having an epoxy group, a carboxyl group, a reactive halogen, a hydroxyl group or a trialkoxyl group are copolymerized at -10-100 deg.C.
