A rolled food product is obtained by mixing soya beans or soya bean flour, which have been treated to extract bitter taste and odour, with berries of one or more cereals and with germinated soya beans, and rolling the mixture so as to crush the beans or beans and flour into the cereal mass produced by the rolling. A mixture of 1000 gms. of one or more cereals, 300 gms. of soya beans or flour and 50 gms. of germinated soya beans may be employed. The cereals used include oats, rice, barley, maize, wheat and rye, and combinations employed include oats and rice or oats, wheat and maize. |
