<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize a product component at a priming process by uniformly controlling component distribution in a longitudinal direction of a pile formed by stacking a number of brands. CONSTITUTION:A raw material yard calculator 1 comprises a first means to calculate component distribution in a longitudinal direction of a pile based on information, such as the position and the running direction of a stacker 6, an amount of brands conveyed by a feed device 8, and a brand component by an analyzing device 2, and a second means to control brands, heretofore stacked so that component distribution is uniformized, and a stacking amount, based on the component distribution of the pile. A component control device for component distribution is composed of a transmitting means to transmit information from the raw material yard calculator 1 to a calculator 11 at a priming process. Even when cargoes are in a short supply in the middle of a pile, component distribution in a longitudinal direction of the pile can be uniformized, conveyance efficiency is improved, and a stacking time is shortened.</p> |
