FORMING METHOD FOR BEAD PREFORMED ARTICLES OF TIRE

摘要

Method for manufacturing beads for automobile tire comprises (1) winding a circular wire to give a hexagonal cross-sectional configuration, (2) installing T-type clamp composed of flat member and vertical member on the upper surface of the wound wire, (3) forming bead by winding over again arround the wound wire in which the clamp is installed, and (4) attaching apex onto the bead by using injection molding. The semifinished bead product is used for reinforcing the strength of tire.
