<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a test apparatus of a linear motor by which the impellent force of a flat shape linear motor is detected accurately. CONSTITUTION:Almost cylindrical rotator 14 in the secondary side is attached to a rotary shaft 14 and a stator 19 in the primary side and having a shape to ford a part of a cylinder and a constant gap to the outer circumference of the secondary side rotator 14 is so installed in the rotary shaft 14 through an arm 21 as to swing freely. Then, a load cell 23 to detect the impellent force of the primary side stator 19 is installed in a base 11.</p> |
