PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cope with modification of a system such as modification of orbit allocation or enlargement of scale. SOLUTION: A station controller 6 prepared for a station 5 is provided. A self-moving work transport pallet 2 is provided with a communication means which communicates with the station controller 6 via the station 5. The station 5 lies between the self-moving work transport pallet 2 and the station controller 6 and assures communication between them. The station controller 6 is connected with other station controller 6 via a network, and is provided with a data transfer means transferring data, a communication means which communicates with the self-moving work transport pallet 2 via the station 5, a storing means which stores a processing procedure program for the self- moving work transport pallet 2, and an execution means which executes the processing procedure program.
