A stiffener connecting apparatus for a retaining wall is provided to improve reliability of structure and to perform construction more conveniently. A stiffener connecting apparatus for a retaining wall comprises an anchor body(20) which is inserted in and fastened on the slope, a front structure which is installed in front of the slope, a slope reinforcement structure including a stiffener(40) which is extended rearward of the front structure, an anchor body joint(200) which is installed in a main body in order to connect the anchor body and stiffener and to couple the main body(100) with the front end of the anchor body, and a stiffener joint(300) which is installed in the main body and is allowed to rotate and is coupled with the rear end of the stiffener. The stiffener joint comprises a pin member which is inserted into the through-hole of the main body and permits rotation thereof, a hook member which is installed in the end of the pin member in order to take in the rear end of the stiffener, and an anti-separation unit which is installed in the rear end of the stiffener in order not to come out from the hook member.
