A recombinant gene expression vector which is able to measure the expression of target protein is provided to measure the amount of protein expression and predict the amount of expression and activation of target protein. A recombinant expression vector comprises a frame shifting sequence selected among a frame shifting sequence having the sequence number 1; a frame shifting sequence having a sequence number 2; a frame shifting sequence having a sequence number 3 and a frame shifting sequence having a sequence number 4 and partner protein gene having detection marker.
