A flat HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface) cable is provided to improve operation efficiency by automatizing a soldering process for connection of a socket or an electrode of a PCB. First signal lines(150R,150W) and one ground line(142) for TMDS(Transition Minimized Differential Signaling) transmission form one group. The first signal lines are parallel arranged. Second signal lines(150G,150B,150BL) for transmitting a power source and a control signal form one group. The second signal lines are parallel arranged. A shielding film(120) surrounds each group in order to isolate adjacent groups. The shielding film is formed with a multilayer structure of polyester and aluminum.
