INPUT/OUTPUT DRIVER OF SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY APPARATUS

An input/output driver of semiconductor memory device is provided to reduce the test time of circuit by controlling the driving force of data out signal of the input/output pad through the fuse cutting. An input/output driver of semiconductor memory device comprises a pull-up driver(100) and a pull-down driver(200). The pull-up driver controls the activation of the pull-up transistor(PM1 to PM4) corresponding to the pull-up signal(PU). The pull-up driver forms the pull-up pathway through the first fuses(F1 to F4) or the first resistances(R1 to R4) from the pull-up transistors towards the output node(OUTnode). The pull-up driver outputs the output signal according to the pull-up route. The pull-down driver controls the activation of the transistor(NM1 to NM4) corresponding to the pull-down signal(PD). The pull-down driver forms the pull-down path through the second fuses(F5 to F8) or the second resistances(R5 to R8) from the output node towards the ground voltage(VSS).
