A power transmission of driven shaft and driving shaft is provided to deliver the power of the driving shaft to the driven shaft according to the rotation of the second rotational plate. The first rotational plate(12) is combined with the driving shaft. The first rotational plate is rotated by the driving force of the driving shaft. One side of the first bracket(16) is combined with the first rotational plate. An opening(18) is formed in the other side of the first bracket. One side of the second rotational plate(22) is combined with the first rotational plate. The second rotational plate is rotated by the rotation of the first rotational plate. One side of the second bracket(28) is combined with the second rotational plate. An opening(30) is formed at the other side of second bracket. One side of the third rotational plate(34) is combined with the second rotational plate.
