A method for manufacturing a drill is provided to reduce a number of processes without a separate holder removing process by removing a holder on a sintering process, and to arrange a drill bit on a shank with the holder. A method for manufacturing a drill includes the following steps of: molding a drill bit(100) by injecting a mixture including metal powder and a binder into a mold; arranging the drill bit and a shank; welding the drill bit and the shank; and sintering the drill bit. A method for arranging the drill bit includes the following steps of: inserting the drill bit into one side of the holder; solidifying the holder; chucking the holder; arranging a guide member(120) on the other side of the holder; and inserting the drill bit into the center of the one side of the holder through the guide member.
