PURPOSE: To provide a reproducible and replaceable constituent by composing the constituents of a holder to consist of a conductive high-temperature alloy and determining a geometric shape, and a conductive contact plug. CONSTITUTION: A constituent 1 (current collector) which transmits the current with contact-finger shape consists of sufficient contact fingers to ensure a large number of contact places per unit area. A head 2 of the contact finger is equipped with a hole in the direction of electric current. A holder 3 which consists of a high-temperature alloy and determines its shape, creates to make force combining at a contact place and induces electric current. A contact plug 4 of noble metals is electrically and with force-combination connected and fixed into the hole in the head 2 of contact finger 1, and advantageously platinum or platinum alloy is used for it. This provides a reproducible and replaceable constituent element. |
