PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing bank structure capable of fulfilling a function as a food supply source to fishes etc., based on logs, and forming living spaces favorable for the fishes etc., when the logs do not exist. SOLUTION: The plurality of logs 3 and blocks 2 are self-supported (stood up) from the surface 16 of the sea bottom using one end face 3a of the plurality of logs 3. Thereby, the fishing bank structure 1 is used as the food supply source based on the plurality of logs 3. On the other hand, when the plurality of logs 3 are eaten with marine organisms and do not exist, the blocks 2 are made to fall and through-holes 11 are kept in a state of cave holes.
