PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of preventing a pneumatic shock absorber from being rusted and securing good slidability even if the device has a pneumatic pressure circuit for supplying and discharging a gas into and from a gas spring and the pneumatic shock absorber. SOLUTION: This suspension device S includes the gas spring A interposed between a vehicle body and an axle and elastically supporting the vehicle body, the pneumatic shock absorber D interposed between the vehicle body and the axle parallel to the gas spring and damping the relative movement of the vehicle body to the axle, a tank T, and the closed pneumatic pressure circuit C connecting the gas spring A, the pneumatic pressure shock absorber D, and the tank T and allowing the gas to supply into and discharge from the gas spring A and the pneumatic pressure shock absorber D.
