The invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation in the form of inhalable dry powder comprising particles of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of 3-[[[(3-fluorophenyl)[(3,4,5-trifluorophenyl)methyl]amino]carbonyl]-oxy]-l-[2-oxo-2-(2-thienyl)ethyl]-1-azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane as active ingredient, and particles of a carrier made of a physiologically acceptable pharmacologically-inert material. The invention also relates to the process for the preparation thereof, and to its use in the prevention and/or treatment of a respiratory disease such as asthma and COPD.
