PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make a reservation even when a plurality of persons receive the provision of a service.

SOLUTION: A reservation acceptance processing part 107 accepts reservation from a reserver about the provision of a service, the reservation for receiving the provision of the service, the reservation which requests approval from an approver. A Web server function 101 controls the transmission of display data for displaying a picture which requests the approval of reservation to the approver, and controls the reception of approval result presentation data showing whether or not the approver has approved reservation from the picture. A companion approval processing part 108 performs the processing of approval about reservation according as whether or not the reservation has been approved by the approver through the picture. This invention may be applied to an accommodation reservation system.
