<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch package structure comprising a patch with an adhesive layer including an organic liquid component and a package storing the patch, capable of stably retaining a physiologically active component of the stored patch. <P>SOLUTION: The patch package structure comprises the patch 1 with the adhesive layer including the organic liquid component and the package 51 storing the patch. The package 51 includes a first package material 11, which includes an acrylonitrile resin layer 12, a moisture absorbent layer 13 disposed on the acrylonitrile resin layer 12, and a moisture impermeable layer 14 disposed on the moisture absorbent layer 13.
