PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel for correcting a tilt of an adjusting lens, when a mirror frame for holding the adjusting lens is held by a wall part provided along a direction substantially orthogonal to an optical axis in a casing. SOLUTION: This lens barrel is provided with the adjusting lens located in an imaging optical system constituted of a plurality of lens groups, and for adjusting a shift along the direction orthogonal to the optical axis, the mirror frame for holding the adjusting lens, and at least the casing for holding the mirror frame. The casing has the wall part arranged along the direction substantially orthogonal to the optical axis, and the mirror frame has a plurality of protrusions different in projection amounts to correct the tilt of the optical axis of the adjusting lens by abutting on the wall part.
