PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the congestion of a prize counter. SOLUTION: A counter 10 authenticates whether a game player, or a holder of Pachinko balls to be inserted in the counter 10, is an adult or not using a recording medium (a cigarette card) for purchasing cigarettes, having adult authentication information recorded therein and, when authenticating that the game player is the adult, associates exchange permission information for permitting to exchange it for adult prizes exchangeable only for adults, with a counting receipt so as to allow the side of a prize management device 20 disposed at a prize counter to control the exchange of the adult prizes based on the exchange permission information.
