<p>Disclosed is a polarizing plate having excellent adhesion between a polarizer and a protective film provided therein (particularly under high-temperature/high-humidity conditions). Specifically disclosed is a polarizing plate comprising: a polarizer; an adhesive layer; an easy-adhesive layer which comprises an easy-adhesive composition comprising an urethane resin having a carboxyl group and a crosslinking agent; and a protective film comprising a (meth)acrylic resin.</p>
