<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably suppress noise and vibration generated when rollers roll near mating faces of two split outer ring halves. <P>SOLUTION: A bearing structure is composed of a pair of the two split outer ring halves 3a, 3b closely arranged in a supporting hole 13 of a crankshaft fixing part 10, a plurality of the rollers 4 arranged to roll on outer ring raceway surfaces 6 formed on respective inner diameter surface of the both two split outer ring halves 3a, 3b, and a pair of two-split retainer halves 5a, 5b for holding the rollers 4 to place them at nearly equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The crankshaft fixing part 10 comprises an oil supply passage 15 continuing to the support hole 13, and lubricating oil is supplied to two split rolling bearing halves. The two split outer ring halves 3a, 3b have oil holes 8a, 8b respectively penetrating to the radial direction and an oil groove 9 formed along the circumferential direction for connecting the oil holes with the oil supply passage 15. The oil holes 8a, 8b are arranged at a position at an angle within 45 degrees from the mating faces 60, 61 of the two split outer ring halves 3a, 3b in an opposite direction to a rotating direction of a crankshaft 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
