PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a normal electrically-conductive state by preventing a finger from coming into contact with a conductive elastic member during assembling. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment includes a substrate on which a plurality of electronic components are mounted, a metal housing connected to the substrate, and the conductive elastic member mounted on the substrate and connected to the metal housing. The height of an electronic component which is the largest among the electronic components disposed at a periphery of the conductive elastic member is set substantially equal to or larger than the height of the conductive elastic member. A contact portion between the metal housing and conductive elastic member is formed, while being recessed inward, to be brought into contact with only a peak portion of the conductive elastic member.
