<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for using an adhesive patch having a groove on a liner, which easily releases the liner. <P>SOLUTION: The method for using the adhesive patch 1 equipped with a backing 2, a self-adhesive layer 3 on one side of the backing and a liner 4 with thickness T and laminated to the self-adhesive layer. The liner is equipped with a groove having depth from the surface at the opposite side of the surface laminated to the self-adhesive layer of≥T/2 and <T.
