<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a display image in which it is easy to recognize the content of a moving image file. <P>SOLUTION: This file management device divides, when receiving input of the moving image file 131, a frame group of the moving image file 131 into a plurality of groups. The file management device then selects a key frame from among the divided groups, and when a monochrome frame is included in the selected key frame, replaces the monochrome frame with a non-monochrome frame selected from frames of the moving image file 131.
